  1. Shipping Methods

All products from Rattler Innovations LLC are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other carriers if necessary (such as Fed-Ex for limited quantity hazardous goods like paint). We offer standard shipping options for domestic and foreign orders. Your availability of our products may be limited due to carrier delivery or legal restrictions.

Available shipping rate options will be selectable upon checkout.

  1. Processing Time

We process and ship orders on average once per week:

  • Paint Orders: Because paint is classified as a limited quantity hazardous material, we can only ship up to three 11oz spray cans through USPS, and larger quantities (currently up to 12 for a standard order) through FedEx. FedEx orders are required to have a scheduled a pickup for these shipments. This additional step means paint orders may take slightly longer to leave our departing facility.

This schedule allows us to properly fulfill items while accounting for time limitations. At this time, one individual is responsible for packaging and shipping every order for this small business!

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after being shipped.

  1. Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider associated with your order, or make other appropriate arrangements.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rattler Innovations LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please attempt to contact your shipping provider to file a claim. If your order is lost or stolen, please also contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider associated with your order, or make other appropriate arrangements.
