All products from Rattler Innovations LLC are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Untied Parcel Service (UPS). We offer standard shipping options for domestic orders. Your availability of our products may be limited due to carrier delivery or legal restrictions.

  1. Processing Time

Rattler Innovations LLC guarantees that your order will be packaged, labeled, and scheduled for pickup by the shipping provider or dropped off at a shipping provider location within the next three business days of the date of order, unless clearly posted otherwise on the site during times of high order volume or unavailability.

If Rattler Innovations LLC does not fulfill your order within the next three business days of the date of order while the guarantee is active, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the cost of shipping for your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider associated with your order, or make other appropriate arrangements.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please attempt to contact your shipping provider to file a claim. If your order is lost or stolen, please also contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider associated with your order, or make other appropriate arrangements.
